Terms and Conditions Governing Registration Fees, Refunds and Cancellations for Conferences Organized by KW Conferences Pvt Ltd.
KW Conferences Pvt Ltd (KWC) defines three cut-off dates for its conference registrations. The exact dates are fixed in consultation with its clients.
Registration Fees Chart
Registration Fees for participants of different categories – such as students, Internationals, Indian Nationals, Members of the client’s association – will always be fixed before any conference, and transparently displayed in chart form on the conference website. Early Bird Registration Date
- Period -Usually two months before the start of the conference.
- Fee Discount -The registration fee is discounted by a fixed percentage, for those participants who register before this date. The percentage of discount is usually up to 15%, fixed and decided in consultation with the conference owners before the start of the conference.
Cancellation and Refund before Early Bird date Expiry
Should any participant wish to cancel their registration before this date, a full refund will be given to the participant, minus taxes and transfer charges already collected by the Indian Government and payment gateway provider, as these latter are not refunded to KWC. The refund will be made within three working days.
Regular Registration Date
- Period -Usually from the Early Bird Registration Date, lasting for one month, ending at the month in which the conference starts.
- Fee Discount – No discount is given to a participant who registers during this period.
Cancellation and Refund before Regular Registration Date Expiry
Should any participant wish to cancel their registration before this date, a full refund will be given to the participant, minus taxes and transfer charges already collected by the Indian Government and payment gateway provider, as these latter are not refunded to KWC. The refund will be made within two working days.
Late and Onsite Registration Date
- Period -This starts at the expiry of the regular registration date, usually at the beginning of the month of the conference and continues through till the end of the conference.
- Late charges -A late charge of up to 15% is added to the Regular Registration charges.
Cancellation and Refund during Late and Onsite Registration period
No Refunds will be given during this period, as all expenses will have been incurred by the conference assuming that the participant is going to come.
