Scope of this Privacy Policy :
This Privacy Policy covers KWC’s treatment of personally identifiable information collected from delegates who use the registration and payment gateway services provided from this KWC website. This Policy also covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that KWC’s back end technology providers / partners may share with it.
This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that KWC does not own or control or to people that KWC does not employ or manage.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Credit Card information is not stored on this KWC website or the registration website of any of our conferences.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted directly from the conference registration webform to the Payment Gateway providers web pages. Razorpay, an established Indian company, is the payment gateway provider. As a payment provider, Razorpay uses the highest assurance SSL certificate on its website which is the EV SSL (Extended Validity SSL) certificate. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Compliant. On the Razorpay Payment Gateway, all the details entered by a user like their name, address, and credit/debit card information are used only to process and complete the order. Razorpay never stores sensitive information like CVV numbers, PINs etc.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
