The single most underlying objective of the conferences and events we manage is to deliver the business needs of our clients. While in this rapidly emerging environment the needs itself are changing our objective, therefore, has been to collaborate ‘needs’ with ‘result’. We believe that the leaders will need to change as much as the business models and strategies they develop to empower any business. In this digital age, companies will need flexible ‘networked’ or horizontal business structures, not the rigid hierarchical ones that have been the norm in the past. It is vital that we understand that the essence of ‘collaboration’ is to inculcate ‘horizontality’ into businesses. As it is often said, to grow as collaborated ventures, businesses need to embrace the variations in ideas and perspectives which different components of this commercial ecosystem offers.
This is the underpinning that has been holding KWC together for 25 years and we aim to sift through these coming years as well!
