A graduate in English and a post graduate in law, she has been associated with a leading law firm in the eighties. She has been an integral part of KW Conferences since its inception. In the subsequent years of handling the business of conferences, she has been instrumental in the growth and direction of KWC. Her extensive understanding of the industry includes hands on experience in all its key aspects. At present her primary focus is business development.

A post graduate in Physics and a post graduate in computer science. Sumitro has 25 years of managing large IT projects at the National Informatics Centre the chief government computerization agency. His major projects there were leading the

• Development of the teletext system,

• Set-up of public information displays,

• Set-up the electronic newsroom for the national broadcaster,

• Development of a nationwide election results gathering system with feed to the studios of news broadcasters.

He ensures that KWC stays up-to-date with our web technology, registration, abstract management , speaker prep room and bar coding systems, as well supporting the Programme Committee for scientific and technical conferences.

Raj is an engineer by education and an event planner by passion. With over 25 years in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, he’s seen it all. His journey has taken him through industry giants like KW Conferences and Thomas Cook, where he built teams, nurtured client relationships, and delivered memorable experiences.

In 2023, Raj came full circle and rejoined KW Conferences—his professional home turf. He brings with him not just deep expertise, but a calm, collected leadership style that keeps things running smoothly even when the pressure’s on.
